Francis Daniel - CEO
Francis Daniel, affectionately known as “Parry,” serves as CEO of the Saint Lucia Semi-Pro Football League. Since taking the helm in late 2023, he has spearheaded the league’s evolution, expanding Season 2 to a 10-team, double round-robin format across 10 venues, driven by a mission to bridge amateur and professional football and foster community development through sport.
Before joining the SemiPro Football League, Mr. Daniel held the position of Senior Manager, Strategy Development and Innovation at St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC). He led corporate strategy development and implementation, contributing significantly to organizational planning and growth initiatives.
Mr. Daniel is known for his strategic leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and emphasis on utilizing sport as a catalyst for social and economic upliftment. Whether through engagement with local vendors on match days or embedding community priorities across football operations, he consistently seeks to amplify football’s broader societal impact.
