The governance of the SemiPro League is guided by principles of transparency, accountability, and strategic oversight, ensuring that the league operates with integrity and in alignment with SLFA, CFU and CONCACAF standards.

The league is overseen by a Board of Directors, comprising individuals with expertise in sport management, finance, legal affairs, marketing, and community development. The Board sets the league’s strategic direction, approves major policies, and ensures adherence to its mission of “Leveraging Football to Transform Lives.”
